Investment services

Investment advice and investment broking pursuant to § 2 Abs. 2 Nr. 3 und 4 WpIG (Wertpapierinstitutsgesetz, the German Securities Institutions Act) are provided by us as a tied agent pursuant to § 3 Abs. 2 Wertpapierinstitutsgesetz (WpIG) exclusively for the account and under the liability of NFS Netfonds Financial Service GmbH. NFS Netfonds Financial Service GmbH is a securities institution and holds the corresponding authorisations of the Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BaFin, the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority). We are entered in the public register of tied agents, which is maintained by BaFin and can be inspected via the BaFin website (www.bafin.de). For details of the investment services offered, please refer to our initial client information (Kundenerstinformation) or, where applicable, to your contractual documents.

Other services which do not constitute investment services are provided in our company’s own name and for its own account. If anything is unclear, please contact us.

NFS Netfonds Financial Service GmbH participates in dispute resolution proceedings before the consumer arbitration bodies named below. Consumers may, without prejudice to their right to bring proceedings before the courts, call upon the arbitration bodies named below within their respective areas of competence. NFS Netfonds Financial Service GmbH does not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before consumer arbitration bodies other than those named below.

For disputes with consumers in connection with provisions of the Kapitalanlagegesetzbuch (KAGB, the German Investment Code) and with investment services pursuant to § 2 Abs. 2 WpIG:
